Cooking Class Teaches Kids Fun Healthy Recipes

**Cooking Class for Kids at Nampa Public Library**
Nampa, ID – A hands-on cooking class for kids aged 8-12 will be held on Thursday, October 10, from 4 to 5 PM in the MP Rooms of the Nampa Public Library. Local blogger Faith Ralphs, known for her site FaithfulPlateful.com, will lead the class.
Participants will have the opportunity to make a cruciferous chocolate peanut butter smoothie, kale chips, and ranch dip with vegetables. Caregivers are required to participate alongside their children during the cooking activities.
There will also be a chance for attendees to win a copy of Ralphs' book "Plant-Based Cooking for Kids."
Registration for the event is required and can be completed at nampalibrary.org/veggies. It is important to note that the cooking class will include peanut butter as part of the ingredients.
